The U.S. Army Engineer Research Development Center (ERDC) supports soldier, military installations and Corps of Engineers civil works mission, as well as other federal agencies, state and municipal authorities, and U.S. industry.

TCS provided LEED® Enhanced Commissioning for a new headquarters of the Environmental Laboratory at the Engineer Research and Development Center. The Enviromental Laboratory Office Building consists of 83,832 SF of office, conference and general use space. The new building provides individual office space accommodating 316 employees as well as parking, sidewalk and landscaping for a campus-like environment.
